CNCV Non-Clog

The CNCV non-clog pumps are used in a variety of applications where the fluid has large solids present.  Many applications require a heavy duty pump designed to pump large spherical solids.  The CNCV fluid end uses a specially designed two-vane, large solids handling impeller.  This heavy wall, enclosed, two-vane, 304 investment cast stainless steel impeller design provides a durable and dependable product and is perfectly suited for large spherical solids with stringy material present.  The enclosed impeller features pump out vanes on the front and rear shrouds to minimize solids buildup.  This fluid end is designed to be used in the most aggressive of applications with solids passing capability through 7 inches (180 mm).  The flexibility of material combinations makes this product adaptable for the steel mill, mining, power generation, municipal and oil & gas applications.

This vertical version of the CNC product line gives the user great flexibility in floor space savings.  An additional feature is that it can either be close-coupled or shaft driven from the above floor.  The close-coupled design minimizes start-up issues by guaranteeing proper motor alignment.  The shaft driven version allows for all of the electrical equipment to be placed out of the pump vault in case of sporadic flooding issues.  Either version incorporates the heavy duty power frame which maintains all radial and axial thrust generated by the pumping assembly.
